So the wife and I recently purchased a home from here. They have several models of different and price ranges. Well, the wife and I were torn between two of the models. It's great to be spoiled for choice. We chose the Patriot model. It has THE best bathroom. Seriously, it's awesome. We like the his/hers sinks and the walk in shower for me and a big tub for her. The salesperson, Wes, is who you want to see. He got us through the loan application, title and all that other paperwork with relative ease. If you are looking for a home and hiring a builder becomes too much and buying an older home is not what you want, do yourself a favor and come check these homes out.
