Where We Began in 1983…

Groundbreaking – Donny & Debi – 1983

Donny Meadows, president of Meadows Homes, is a life-long resident of the Cookeville region and attended TTU. He and his wife, Debi, started Meadows Homes over 41 years ago and now have four dealerships across Tennessee.

Meadows Homes first opened for business on March 1, 1983 on North Washington Avenue in Cookeville, TN, with the goal of providing great deals on quality built homes and standing behind their homeowners with great service.

In 1994, Meadows Homes relocated to Interstate Drive in Cookeville, and today – more than 41 years later and with over 20,000 families served – we still stand by our original values. Donny and his wife, Debi, have two sons, Matt and Josh, who are also active in the family business of helping and serving future homeowners.
