Willie Plaza has over 30 years of experience as a business owner in the Home Remodeling Industry in California. Early in his career, Willie decided to dedicate himself to providing his clients with exceptional personal service and customer satisfaction from the sales process all the way through to the completion of any project, big or small.

Determination and integrity helped Willie achieve a stellar reputation in his community and could be seen by the number of returning clients he had year after year. Willie is one of the first in the office in the morning, and one of the last to leave. His continued dedication, determination and integrity comes from a place of “loving what he does”.

Willie, his wife and their dog relocated to Tennessee two years ago and feel extremely fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful states in the world. He enjoys the outdoors, home projects, volunteering his time at church, but mostly spending time with his wife, their children and spouses, and their granddaughter.
