I began my career in mobile home sales in 1999 after serving four years in the United States Navy and College. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to this industry, gaining experience across nearly every area — from pre-owned homes and repossessions to on- and off-frame modulars. This wide range of knowledge allows me to guide customers with confidence and provide solutions that truly fit their needs.
With over 20 years of management experience, I’ve also learned how to build and lead teams that reflect both my personal goals and the vision of this great company. I believe that when a team works together with purpose, it creates the best possible experience for our customers.
Beyond my professional life, I’ve been married for 23 years to the love of my life, and together we’ve raised two wonderful daughters who are now grown women making their own paths. When I’m not helping families find their homes, you can usually find me outdoors — especially enjoying time hunting or just soaking up nature.
With more than two decades in the business, I’m passionate about making the home-buying process smooth, transparent, and rewarding for every customer.

Willie, his wife and their dog relocated to Tennessee two years ago and feel extremely fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful states in the world. He enjoys the outdoors, home projects, volunteering his time at church, but mostly spending time with his wife, their children and spouses, and their granddaughter.
