The Sheffield is a 28×48 home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, built with the kind of features that make everyday living feel a little more special. Full sheetrock walls throughout give it a finished look that feels like a site-built home, and the open concept layout keeps the kitchen, dining, and living areas connected, so there’s always room to gather. The primary suite is a true retreat, with a beautiful freestanding tub that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. Outside, a 16 ft dormer adds curb appeal you’ll be proud to come home to. If you’re looking for space, style, and value all in one, the Sheffield is ready for you.
